NZIM Diploma in Frontline Management (Level 5)
NZQA approved qualification
The NZIM Diploma in Frontline Management is offered by all NZIM regions as both a public programme and customised to meet the needs of individual businesses. The programme follows the syllabus of the Australian Diploma in Business (Frontline Management) and graduates also receive that qualification. Participants also meet the requirements of the National Certificate in First Line Management (Level 4).
