The NZIM/ Brookers 2006-07 New Zealand Salary Benchmarks
Please note that the Salary Benchmarks survey will not be conducted for the 2007 - 08 year.As featured in the December issue of Management, the NZIM has recently undertaken a national salary survey in conjunction with Brookers. The results have been collated and analysed, and the final report is now available.
The 2006-07 New Zealand Salary Benchmarks has been prepared using data collected from 404 New Zealand businesses. The organisations were selected from members of the NZIM and third-party lists of New Zealand employers (across all industries).
Survey responses were confidentially collated, analysed, and summarised by an independent research consultant. The final report gives the remuneration details of 57 common positions and includes the following information for each position:
- Total package remuneration details (including base salary, performance-based remuneration, superannuation, other allowances, and the provision of medical insurance and vehicles);
- A detailed break-down of leave entitlements; and
- A forecast of salary movement over the next 12 months.
