Launch of Auckland Team Leader Series
We are delighted to confirm the delivery of the Team Leader series in Auckland during August and October. The series consists of two, two-day programmes.
The two Team Leader programmes are designed to support new team leaders and people who have been promoted within the team to get the best from them, their people, and align with organisational needs.
Essential Skills 4 & 5 August: (https://www.nzimleadership.co.nz/programmes/37/977/the-essential-skills) This programme explores the importance of leading people and managing tasks, how to support individual engagement and build trust, and goal setting for the team leader and the team. It covers managing time effectively and running efficient meetings, using delegation to empower people, and assertive communication techniques.
Building Effective Teams 20 & 21 October: (https://www.nzimleadership.co.nz/programmes/38/982/building-effective-teams) Focuses on leading the team, and the different stages of team development, and teaches individuals to build a framework for managing conflict. We are giving Subscribers of NZIM the opportunity to access partial funding for a member of your team to attend the series.
The investment to attend the series is normally $2,800 and with the funding your contribution is $1,200 incl. GST.
Funding is limited and bookings must be made by 5pm Friday 17 June 2022.
The series will be held at the Parnell Hotel and Conference Centre, 10 – 20 Gladstone Road, Parnell, Auckland.
