We are committed to safeguarding your privacy and complying with applicable privacy laws. This NZIM Privacy Policy (privacy policy) sets out how the New Zealand Institute of Management Southern Incorporated (we, us, our) treats your personal information. You have the right to request access personal information about you if we hold that personal information, subject to some exceptions provided at law. We will keep your personal information that we collect for as long as it is required for the purposes for which it was collected. In most cases, once personal information is no longer required, we will securely destroy it or otherwise delete all identifying details so that only anonymised data is retained.

Please note that this website may contain links to and from websites not controlled by us. If you follow a link to another website, those websites will have their own privacy policies and we do not accept any responsibility or liability for those policies.
8. Cookies
(a) We use cookies on our website where they are required for particular features to work and to analyse non-personally identifiable data about our website usage. A cookie is created for Google analytics and a user session when the site is first loaded. The session cookie is not personally identifiable to you unless you log in to the website.
(b) We use information collected from cookies to improve the quality of our advertising online, and how they are delivered via third party vendors to sites across the internet.
